Hello G,
Unforunately the City is limited in it’s ability to regulate developments initiated by the Province of BC. Please contact the Provincal government to voice your concerns and your desire to have the sign removed. Please note, I don’t have contact information to reach someone in the Ministry, but you may wish to visit the Province of BC website at http://www2.gov.bc.ca/.
